SQI TM1 Handheld Temperature Meter/Logger and Probes
While any data logger (Kaye or similar) may be used for the steam quality testing, we can also supply a choice of two dual input hand held temperature meter/loggers with two 3 mm diameter stainless steel Class A PT100 mineral insulated probes, as two temperature inputs are required for the superheat and dryness value tests.
The SQI- TM1 Dual input PT100 temperature indicator from Steam Quality Innovations. This logger is purpose designed and intuitive to use for steam quality testing. It’s features include:
- Large 2.5” digital and graphical display with backlight for dark plant areas
- Robust but flexible cables with 100mm and 200mm x 3mm diameter Class A PT100 probes
- High accuracy – 0.1 oC resolution
- Built in test function automatically records start and end temperatures as well as the average steam temperature
- Built in BLE connection to the free PC, tablet or cell-phone based SQI Test and Report App (Android only)
- App can produce on the spot reports for e-mail distribution, printing or saving to database
- Includes a convenient strap to make testing easier
